Great to see the progress at St Matthew’s Anglican School in Yanchep, and a nice mention for our Director of Built Form Construction, Stephen Haskayne, who has been overseeing the project on Tomahawk’s side.

While the plans show us where St Matthew’s Anglican School is heading, it is the dedicated team on the ground who are working tirelessly to ensure our new school is ready to welcome students in January 2027.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Byte Construct Pty Ltd team, including Taz Vithal, Project Manager; Perry Wait, Site Manager; and Ethan Cox, Contract Administrator, for overseeing the construction process and ensuring every detail is delivered with care. We also acknowledge the wider construction team, whose skill and hard work are bringing our new school to life.

Our thanks also go to Stephen Haskayne, Director of Built Form Construction at Tomahawk Property, for his ongoing management and oversight of the project, helping to ensure every element progresses according to plan.

Tomahawk has successfully secured a major rezoning for a strategic 212 hectare site in Muchea.

Working alongside our valued clients and consultant team, the site on Great Northern Highway has been rezoned from a Rural zone to General Industrial, paving the way for a future major industrial precinct.

Positioned with direct access to key freight and infrastructure routes, including Great Northern Highway, Tonkin Highway and RAV10 vehicle access, the site is well placed to support major industrial growth in the area.

Tomahawk will continue working closely with the client as the project moves into the next stage of planning and delivery of industrial land and buildings.

Stage 1 at Matthew’s Anglican School in Yanchep continues to progress well for AngliSchools , with Byte Construction making strong headway on site over the last week.

Structural steel to the ELC building has now reached 80% completion, while slab preparation works to the STEM building are also complete, including all service prelays ahead of the upcoming concrete pour.

The project remains ahead of program, with roofing expected to commence next week on the ELC building.

Looking forward to seeing this one continue to take shape ahead of welcoming students for Term 1, 2027.

Early works are now underway at Bullsbrook Crossings, with earthworks progressing on Stage 1 ahead of the new Atlas Fuel Station in South Bullsbrook.

This marks the beginning of a well considered industrial precinct, positioned to support the continued growth of Bullsbrook and the surrounding corridor. With key infrastructure taking shape, the project is moving from planning into delivery.

Momentum across the estate is building, with industrial buildings and hardstands already leasing and strong interest continuing to come through.

Tomahawk Property are proud to be project managing all the new school development for St Matthew’s Anglican School a part of AngliSchools.

From sourcing the land through to planning approvals, design coordination, civil works and now into built form construction, it’s been a great project to be part of from day one.

Works are progressing well on site with Byte construction, with the concrete pour continuing and structural steel now on site ready for the next stage. You can really start to see it all coming together!

We look forward to seeing the ELC building begin to rise in the coming weeks.

Tomahawk Property is proud to see the new 7-Eleven in Two Rocks open for trading from the 5th of March, delivering a long awaited amenity for the Two Rocks community.

From the initial site identification and land acquisition through planning approval and construction, partnering with Bella Build & Design, our team has been involved every step of the way.

This marks Tomahawk’s 12th petrol station development, continuing to build on our experience delivering high quality service station assets across Western Australia.
The property will be retained as part of the Tomahawk portfolio.

First concrete poured this week at The Ord Estate Beresford.

Tomahawk completed the 38 lot subdivision in 2025, and it is great to now see the next phase of the project underway with the delivery of 41 new dwellings across the estate.

This milestone marks the beginning of the vertical construction phase, with footing works now underway as the project progresses through its early build stages.

Great to see the team on site bringing the project to life.

We look forward to sharing further progress as construction continues.
