We are very excited to announce that the adventure playground area of the new Bloom parkland is now open and ready to be enjoyed. Over the coming weeks some extra grasslands will be added, more paths will open up and the barbecues in the picnic pavilion will be switched on.

Thanks to everyone in the Bloom neighbourhoods for your patience whilst this long awaited community asset has been brought into fruition.

It’s great to see planting commencing at the new Bloom parklands. Following a wet, muddy and windy winter, we are excited by the recent progress and are hopeful that once this weather clears up we will be able to announce an opening date for the park. Stay tuned!

We are very excited to announce that Blue Bird Early Learning Clyde North officially opens today!

This beautiful purpose-built Early Education Centre is located on the corner of Laker Boulevard and Panther Close, in the heart of the new Bloom and provides a safe and warm learning environment, where children are encouraged to grow and develop into strong, confident, and capable individuals.

Contact the centre for a guided tour of these beautiful facilities. The friendly Blue Bird team are looking forward to showing you around.

News Flash! Stage 7 (Agave) is now titled. This is the very last stage to receive titles at the new Bloom.

It is such a joy to see Five Squared’s vision of a vibrant, family friendly, community come to life. Some major progress with construction activities ramping up at the much anticipated 5 hectare parkland and wetlands precinct at the new Bloom. Not long until the adventure playground, bicycle paths, and picnic areas officially come to life.

Stage 6 (Maple) was a welcome addition to the new Bloom landscape and our final release featuring premium home sites in one of Clyde North's best locations.

This fully sold, exclusive parkside release is now titled! We're excited to be welcoming so many more families into the new Bloom neighbourhood over the coming months!

With the parkland precinct and childcare centre now under construction, it's exciting times for our growing community.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

We are pleased to bring you the latest construction update at the new Bloom:

Stage 6 – Construction complete. Undertaking final Council compliances. Anticipating titles in January 2022 (STCA)

Stage 7 – Construction winding up. Expected to complete shortly and then undertake final Council compliances. Anticipating titles in February 2022 (STCA)

Parkland Precinct – Earthworks have now been completed and the landscape contractor has commenced onsite. Stay tuned for further updates as construction progresses.

Childcare Centre – Construction is well underway with the building taking shape. We look forward to bring you an opening announcement, in conjunction with Blue Bird Early Education Group, coming soon.

Thank you for bearing with us during the few months of Covid-19 shutdowns and restrictions which have severely impacted the construction industry over the past year. We are particularly excited for the parkland precinct and the new childcare centre to come to life in the new year, and look forward to some big announcements in the coming months.
