As the festive season arrives, we want to take a moment to thank our wonderful community for being part of Bella's journey this year. 2024 has been a truly remarkable year, with titles issuing in our last few stages 🏡 and home builds progressing beautifully across the community 🏗️.

We’re especially proud to have completed our signature park 🌳, a special space we hope you’ll enjoy with loved ones over the Christmas break. 🎅🎁

Exciting News! After lengthy negotiations with the City of Casey, Stage 8 titles have now been issued 🏡✨

We’d like to thank all our Stage 8 owners for their patience as we’ve worked through the items with Council and the authorities. Being our final stage, the release of titles was subject to extra scrutiny, and so we’re pleased to have reached this important milestone.

All the best to our Stage 8 owners as they enter the build phase! We can’t wait to see the homes beginning to take shape in the months ahead! 🛠️💐

We’re thrilled to confirm civil works in all stages at Bella are now complete! 🎉🙌🤩

Landscape works in Stages 1–5 are also complete with Stages 6-8 currently underway.

Our signature park is finished and our friends at Aspire Learning have officially opened their childcare centre next door.

The Bella Team have been rapt to reach so many milestones in this past few months. We’re expecting titles for Stage 8 to issue in March and are looking forward to welcoming our latest residents.

More finishing touches still to come which we look forward to sharing with you soon. 👍😃

🎉 Bella’s Signature Park & Playground is OPEN! 🎠🌳

We're thrilled to announce the opening of our much-anticipated park and playground which will be a focal point for our Bella community.

The team have been working hard to be able to have the park open over the Christmas break and whilst the play equipment and turfing is complete, we’ll be back in the New Year to complete additional planting and add some finishing touches.

We also intend to host an official launch party in February so stay tuned for the details.

The Bella Team are thrilled to share a sneak peak into the exciting progress on our signature park – which is a focal point for our new community. 🙂🏞

With most of the structural elements now in place (including two bright orange slides 🧡 🧡 ), rope will start being installed in the tunnel elements ahead of concreting works and then the softscape landscaping.

We’re aiming to have our park complete by the end of the year so stay tuned for news about a Family Fun Open Day planned for January. 🌈🌿

Hey, Bella community! We've got some fantastic news to share with you regarding the progress of our construction. 😃

Over the past few months, we've been hard at work, and it's paying off! We achieved titles for Stage 5 and have nearly completed construction in Stages 6, 7 and 8.

Most home builds are close to finishing in Stage 3 and we’re seeing lots of builder activity in Stage 4. 👍🏡

Construction on our Signature Park and playground is in full swing 😉 and we’re excited to see it continue over the coming months. 😄🏞
