Carrot Cake recipe🍽 🍰

Ingredients:
1 cup grated carrots 🥕
1 cup sugar 🍭
1 teaspoon baking powder🔧
1 egg 🍳
butter 🍯 🧈( to grease pan)
1/2 cup vegetable oil 🥜
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🍦
1 cup all-purpose flour 🥥
1 teaspoon baking soda 🔧
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 🎄
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 🥜
1/4 teaspoon salt 💧
1 cup milk 🥛

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, combine grated carrots, sugar, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth 🍽.
3. Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until just combined.
4. Stir in the flour until just combined. Then, stir in the milk until just incorporated. 🥛
5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan 🍰.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean 🥮
7. Let cool before frosting.

Astove 10 is a Beachfront second floor unit approximately 80m from the shoreline with clear sea views. This is a two bedroom, two bath room apartment on the first floor with beautiful uninterrupted sea views.

This unit sleep 4 in two bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the second bedroom contains twin single beds. The second bathroom has a separate toilet and bath. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Linen is provide, all you have to bring is your own towels.

From the balcony and main bedroom you have an awesome sea view and the unit is 200m from the sea sand.

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

Lounge is equipped with a ceiling fan, flat screen TV and DSTV.

The unit is child friendly with a secure lawn with controlled access to the beach with ample safe space for children to play within your sight. The unit is also securely fenced to ensure that your kids will be safe while you relax. You can relax on the lawn or go for walks on the beach or rocks or on the very active Lilliecrona Drive. Undercover parking is available.

The complex has ample undercover braai facilities.

Sit on the patio and look over the ocean, beach and rocks. Remember to pack in your binoculars to look for dolphins or Whales.

Astove 10, Fishing spots are right on your doorstep. Uvongo Main Beach is just 500m away and Manaba Beach 1km. Shopping Centers are within 10km while SPAR & Laundry facilities are just around the corner. Margate is 5km South of Uvongo. The Uvongo River falls with a 23m high waterfall into the lagoon at its mouth into the Indian Ocean.

Uvongo is one of the prettiest spots on the Lower South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal and is netted and patrolled seven days a week by professional life guards. AAvailability from 27March - 3 April and from 9 April.
Book for 4 nights stay for 5. R550/night and a once off cleaning and admin fee of R550 is charged and payable directly to the caretaker with the collection of the keys.
