Join a professional, fast-paced team and bring your real estate experience to the Team!

We’re on the lookout for a confident and organised Property Manager to join our Cobar office. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and understands the ins and outs of real estate.

🔹 Full-time | Monday to Friday
🔹 Located in Cobar
🔹 Work with a supportive, experienced team
🔹 Immediate start available

Your responsibilities will include:
🔹Must have a certificate of registration or able to obtain one prior to employment.
🔹Must be willing to work towards a Class 2 License
🔹Must have a driver's license & own car
🔹Completing routine, ingoing & outgoing inspection reports.
🔹Greeting and welcoming guests in the office, directing clients to the appropriate person
🔹Answering and screening incoming phone calls to appropriate persons
🔹Provide accurate information in person or via phone/ email
🔹Processing tenancy applications, TICA checks, rental checks and employee checks
🔹Organise & conduct viewings for prospective tenants
🔹Organise maintenance, vacate notices, tenancy applications and general enquiries
🔹Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning & general cleaning duties in office
🔹Able to work both alone & as part of a team
🔹Arrears & lease renewal management
🔹Conduct rental appraisals
