This eco-friendly mud brick house is set on 25 picturesque hectares, comprising of mostly bushland. The mud brick home was built 30 years ago. This eco-friendly house has fully stand alone solar power with fresh rainwater tanks for water supply. The house is constructed out of mud brick and different types of earthen and paved floors throughout. The kitchen and dinning area floors are earth but lo

ok like slate, bedroom 1 has a rammed earth floor and bedroom 2 has a mud brick floor. The lounge room and bathroom are paved brick. This eco-friendly house is solar powered, with gas stove for cooking, instant gas hot water, television, stereo and slow combustion wood heater for warmth in the winter. There is also a BBQ on the back verandah where you can enjoy the wildlife comprising of wallabies, kangaroos, bird-life and the odd wombat coming to graze in the open paddock. Relax or enjoy walking through surrounding bushland which hosts many tall gum trees and beautiful fern trees, paper bark trees and banksia bushes. Situated at the base of the Kooraban National Park 15Km west of historic Cobargo, the working village and home to Bangles Pottery and many other local galleries featuring local hand crafted products. Only 30 minute drive away from the magnificent views of Bermagui.
