A more positive POV - There's a very happy sales agent in Port Macquarie right now. With my Vendor Advocacy service, I worked with the vendor over a period of months, assisting the vendor in preparing their home for sale with an appraisal, tips for presenting the home - including cosmetic improvements, selecting the stylist, and selecting the sales agent. From signing the agency agreement to the sale was 8 days for the sales agent. The home was ready to go with all repairs and cosmetic touch-ups completed, and the styling looked amazing!
