What a couple of days at PM One Sydney – The Real Plus Event

There’s nothing quite like getting together with passionate people from our industry, sharing ideas, learning from each other, and reconnecting with familiar faces.

A huge highlight was hearing from Chelsea Pottinger and Chris Hanley two incredible speakers who brought so much value and insight.

It was also fantastic to catch up with old friends and meet so many new faces along the way. Events like these are a great reminder of the importance of continuing to learn, grow, and support each other in our industry.

I’m really excited to bring our Navigating NCAT workshop to Newcastle on Friday, 27th November, alongside Linda Gulabovska and Julie Collins.

One of the most common misconceptions I see is around rent payment options.

The legislation is clear…you must provide tenants with a fee-free way to pay rent. You also can't insist they use a particular payment provider, and if they request Centrepay, that option must be available too.

These are the little compliance details that can make a big difference.
