My second property, which I bought under pressure from a persuasive Real Estate Agent, turned out to be a complete le
mon. The result was a significant financial loss and couple of years of mental exhaustion from the stress of the experience. That setback, while painful and costly, was a turning point. In 2017, I made it my mission to educate myself fully to avoid repeating the same mistakes. I realised how important it is to be educated, informed and supported when buying a home. Since then, I’ve invested heavily into property education and one on one mentorship. I’ve bought investment properties, renovated for profit, run an Airbnb, partnered in joint ventures and tested direct marketing strategies like letterbox drops to gain insights into vendor expectations. For years, I had friends telling me I would make a great Real Estate Agent. I had consistently been in the top 1% of my company as a result of my commitment to understanding clients' needs and then delivering them results. I love meeting new people, hearing their goals and strategising to make them come to life. While I recognised that I could succeed as a Real Estate Agent, knowing how much our Selling Agent had to try to cover up in the sale of that home, is something I couldn’t do. I knew I was destined to be on the Buyer’s side. I’m motivated to help buyers avoid the stress and mistakes that I once faced. Give them access to off-market opportunities. Privacy.
