Belise Apartments are now complete and we are expecting to receive the certificate of occupancy this week. Council should issue the statement of compliance shortly and the plan of subdivision will be lodged at the titles office thereafter.

We will be in touch to book purchaser inspections in the next couple of weeks and expect that settlements will take place early July 2016.

There are only five apartments remaining. 1 upper floor north facing apartment and 4 ground floor courtyards facing the wetlands. Get in touch to find out more!

Belise Update:

We are in the final stages of completion and are now finalising receipt of compliance certificate for the Certificate of Occupancy.

Landscaping has been completed. Power connections were inspected and checked off and we expect power meters to be installed Thursday and Friday this week. Once power is connected we can commission the dishwashers and receive our plumbing certificate. Caulking will also be completed to areas without natural light, and the final clean can be arranged.

The project is looking amazing and we expect to be organising client inspections within the next 2 weeks

Belise Apartments is now a stand out project in Caroline Springs!
We are in the final stages of completion, with handover anticipated for May.

Tiling is being completed on the upper levels and the final coats of render are being finished on the exterior. Landscaping works have now commenced to all planter boxes and courtyards.

Carpentry to level 2 fixings is almost complete, electrical fit offs are underway on levels 1 and 2, and all tiling on level 1 is complete!

The latest construction updates for Belise Apartments:
Main storm water connection works have been completed, and garage door to carpark has been installed.

Ground Floor: Plumbing fixtures completed, final coats of render applied to all external walls, and tiling to living areas is nearing completion.

Level 1: cabinetry is completed on all units, balcony and living area tiling is underway.

Level 2: fixing stage is complete to 50% of the apartments, tiling to all balconies completed, and cabinetry installs are underway.

The construction for Belise Apartments is progressing nicely and we are still on target for completion in April.

Carpentry on the ground floor is now completed and we have commenced fit off of the sanitary fixtures.
Fix out and electrical fit off has now commenced on level 1, painting is now underway on Level 2, and rendering of all external texture to Level 1 cladding is complete.

This week at Belise Apartments, kitchen installation to ground floor apartments are being completed, rendering to level 1 is underway, and tiling has been completed to balconies on levels 1 and 2.

This week at the Belise Apartments, plastering has been completed on the ground floor, and façade cladding is nearing completion (check out the photos!).
We are expecting the first and second floors to be completed over the Christmas break… stay tuned for further updates!
