We are looking for a Manager to help manage our growing business, you will be part of a very dynamic and busy business. Next Level Short Stays provides a quality experience for both guests and clients. Support, training, mobile phone & laptop are provided.
Qualifications & experience
• Well presented and well spoken
• Accommodation experience preferred
• Agents Rep Certificate or Full Licenced preferred
• Computer literate
• Proactive, punctual and reliable
• Teachable but also key contributor to new ideas
Tasks & responsibilities
• Receiving phone calls & enquiries
• Processing reservations
• Meet and greet guests
• Guest Management
• Manage suppliers
• Manage Repairs and Maintenance
