We are looking for a Manager to help manage our growing business, you will be part of a very dynamic and busy business. Next Level Short Stays provides a quality experience for both guests and clients. Support, training, mobile phone & laptop are provided.

Qualifications & experience
• Well presented and well spoken
• Accommodation experience preferred
• Agents Rep Certificate or Full Licenced preferred
• Computer literate
• Proactive, punctual and reliable
• Teachable but also key contributor to new ideas

Tasks & responsibilities
• Receiving phone calls & enquiries
• Processing reservations
• Meet and greet guests
• Guest Management
• Manage suppliers
• Manage Repairs and Maintenance

Hi all fellow managers we are looking for a part timer for admin in our fast growing rental department. We are looking for someone 2 to 3 days a week at our office in Collingwood you will work closely with me (Director). Duties will include emailing thru our management system, application processing, newsletter preparation, prepare appraisal docs and emails, database management, help to grow our new commercial department. Will suit parent wanting flexibility around family time. Looking forward to chatting soon.
