This afternoon we toured the beautifully appointed Lago Como display suite with a family who have just purchased on level 3, giving them a true feel for the quality finishes, materiality and level of detail coming through in their apartment. ㅤ

We wrapped it up with sunset drinks and dinner at Miss Chow’s, watching the afternoon glass off just minutes from Lago Como. A pretty good snapshot of what living here will be like.

This family can't wait to move into their new home in late 2027!

A major milestone achieved. Limited-time incentive is now available!

Lago Como’s core structure is now complete, with scaffolding removed to reveal the building’s emerging form. Basement structural works are progressing strongly, marking another significant step forward on site.

Since our last update, the project has reached an important construction milestone with the completion of the core structure. The removal of scaffolding now allows the scale and proportions of the building to begin taking shape within the streetscape.

All basement footings and columns have been finalised, along with the completion of shotcrete works — strengthening and stabilising the below-ground structure.
