Have you seen what's happening with the old Tweed Hospital site? 🏡

The NSW Government's Property Developer, Landcom, has announced plans to redevelop the old Tweed Hospital site into over 800 homes, including up to 10% affordable housing.

Alongside the new homes, the development will also improve public access to the waterfront with new shared pedestrian and bicycle paths, and increase tree canopy to help keep streets cool.
