Friday! What a beautiful morning 🌞.
All is well, but I’m making a few changes to my business practices at Earth Works Real Estate for the time being.
I’ll still be at work, but available by phone, text or email, so the office door will be closed but the business is ‘open’.
For those tenants who usually call in to my office to pay rent with cash 💵, please make your payments as a direct deposit to my Trust Account (account details are on Page 2 of your lease).
If you’re unsure, please text to 0427 422 777 and I’ll provide account details directly to you.
Remember to reference payments with your surname.
If you don’t use internet payments, you could instead make a cash payment to my Trust Account over the counter at CBA, again using your surname as a reference so payments can be easily receipted.
It’s preferable to direct deposit as this will reduce handling cash, a common source for virus 🦠 transmission.
If any of my elderly tenants are finding it difficult to get groceries or other supplies, please let me know and I’ll work in with Satellite Taxis 🚙 (I can pull strings there 😊) to help you.
