THE JOURNEY BEGINS IN GERMANY ! 🇦🇺 🇩🇪
A real thrill that Feddie has placed 5th in his first competition in Germany. Woohoo! 🎉 Lots of little deductions in his first Advanced test but one of the judges still putting him first 🌟

I’m also over the moon to see the recognition given to breeders in startlists and results. It’s silly I know, but so much fun to see WG and my name and the Australian flag🇦🇺 It always surprises me that in Australia we don’t give enough credit to breeders. No breeder encouragement for all the risks taken means no horses. Think about it 🤷‍♀️

How thoughtful of Mary-Jane Pierce to request this beautiful portrait of WG Confidential (Emma) for me at the same time as she commissioned one for herself.
You know you’ve found the right home when the owner loves a horse you’ve bred this much 💕
Emma really is the luckiest mare to be so loved and to lead the wonderful life Mary-Jane and her daughter Charlotte offer her.

The damline is crucial!
Interesting that the two horses which have topped the American Hanoverian Society Top 25 mare list 2021 just published both have Caletto 1 damline.
The top mare scoring 8.5 is out of a Sir Caletto mare. Second place getter with 8.16 is by Sir Caletto. Sir Caletto is out of a Caletto 1 mare, as was my Catalina, Dam of WG Confederate, WG Confidential, and WG Rococo.
Confederate won Medium Dressage Horse of the Year
Rococo was the highest scorers at her National Mare Performance Test, outscoring the stallions as well.
Confidential is just starting her career and is reported to be FEI quality.
You just can’t beat a good damline!

What an 8th birthday for the most beautiful horse in the world, WG Confederate!!
Nothing stays the same and sometimes you have to let your loved ones fly off to bigger things to further their education and career.
Feddie has shown so much potential - his trot movement scores were the top of his Young Horse cohort for his two years of YH, post Covid year he was top of the Leaderboard for Dressage NSW and for Equestrian Australia winning the Gold Medal from both and awarded Medium Dressage Horse of the Year.
I believed he was entitled to stay in the dream team with with Grace Kay, his long time partner and now his owner.
The two of them have arrived safely in Europe and will be travelling to their new home in Germany where he will be under the eyes of Stefan Wolff who has been advising us to send him to Germany for the last two years but I wanted to let him mature.

Yes, it is heartbreaking for me but it’s just like with children- you want them with you forever but at the same time you want them to experience all the world can offer and to reach their full potential.

I look forward to following their career on the world stage. They are the DREAM TEAM and I’m sure the harmony between Grace and Feddie will impress the world.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️So much excitement at WG as the Leaderboard is announced for the last 2 years. Our Confederate has won NSW MEDIUM DRESSAGE HORSE OF THE YEAR 🏆with an average score over 5 tests of 73.291%, coming 1st in each of those 5 tests🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 and also a GOLD MEDAL Medium Performance Award ⭐️⭐️⭐️💥🔥🔥🔥🏆
He has also won a Silver Medal and 5th place in Novice for his performances before the Covid interruption.🥈⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A few years ago his talented rider, Grace Kay, said that he would get better and find it easier as he went up the levels- and he has under her wonderful training. They are a truly beautiful partnership and I will be forever grateful to Grace for what she has brought out of him and for their wonderful communication. They are a joy to behold 💕💕💕

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Beautiful WG Confederate has done it again, winning 4C at Clarendon today with 72.179% amongst a large class 😍🤩 He is my ❤️ horse and gives me goosebumps every time I see him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thanks to Venhaus for the great piccies, to Grace for always training & riding Feddie to perfection, to Dressage NSW & Co for all their work organising huge classes after so many events cancelled from rain.
Lots of fun catching up with friends- goodness I love my pony pals 😊

🌟🌟THE LITTLE HORSE WHO COULD!🌟🌟
Apparently the judges at the Willinga Park CDN love our young WG Confederate as much as we do, awarding him 1st 🥇place in the 4B with the highest score of all tests for the dayat Willinga - a whopping 74.775%! 🌟🌟🌟
He then came 2nd 🥈in the 4C 🌟🌟🌟and hey presto, MEDIUM CHAMPION! 🏆 So exciting!

Pats and carrots all round for all the team:
Grace Kay who trains and rides Feddie so correctly and in complete harmony. He would do anything for her 😍
Deidre the super groom, who keeps the whole show ticking over
Jo Keyte, supporter and barracker extraordinaire
My darling daughter Fiona who indulges me and let’s me squeeze her arm the whole way through the tests. Without her I could never have survived the nail biting live scoring and our celebrations when final scores came in!
Chris, Jeff and Sam who sacrificed their time at the Mollymook pub to organise the yummiest dinner!
Justine from WPS - just don’t know many sire owners who are so enthusiastic
Feddie, with his springs and adjustability and softness- so very soft and happy to work, he keeps us all entertained with his stable antics, escapes and uninvited visits to stranger’s trucks 🥰🥰🥰
