And while we’re talking all things PINK… don’t forget the Pink Up Cooroy Fundraiser Breakfast at the Cooroy RSL on 23 October! 🎀

📣 WE’RE HIRING – RECEPTION / ADMINISTRATION

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and switched-on person to join our team at Raine & Horne Noosa Hinterland, working across our Cooroy and Pomona offices.

This could be a great opportunity for someone looking for school-friendly hours, particularly if you’ve thought about getting into real estate but haven’t quite known where to start.

🏡 ABOUT THE ROLE
Initially, we’re looking at approximately 20–25 hours per week, ideally spread across Monday to Friday, with hours around 9am–2pm.
The position will start on a casual basis, with the potential to develop into permanent part-time or possibly full-time employment in the future as the role and our business needs evolve.

This is a varied role supporting our team with the day-to-day running of the business, including:
• Reception and general administration
• Answering phones and emails
• Assisting clients who visit our offices
• Supporting both our sales and property management teams
• Data entry and keeping our systems and records up to date
• General office support and helping out wherever needed

Basically, we’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and is happy to turn their hand to a bit of everything!

🙋‍♀️ WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll ideally be someone who is:
• Friendly, confident and genuinely enjoys dealing with people
• Organised and able to juggle a few things at once
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
• Reliable, proactive and has good attention to detail
• Professional, but still knows how to have a laugh
• Happy to learn and take on more responsibility as you grow into the role

Previous real estate or administration experience would be an advantage, but it’s definitely not essential.

You do not need to hold a Real Estate Registration Certificate to apply. However, obtaining your Registration Certificate will be a requirement of the position as you progress in the role, so you’ll need to be willing to complete the necessary training.

For us, finding the right person to fit our team is more important than finding someone who already ticks every box.
