Real estate .com has just released an interactive mapping that shows the difference in median house price across a suburb. Some locations vary in a huge way!

COORPAROO - The three darker patches in the Coorparoo Height pocket vary between $2,500,000 to $2,800,000 verse $1,404,000 across the other side of the suburb.

CAMP HILL - The Martha Street and Waverley Road pocket is the top location with a median price of $2,571,000.

NORMAN PARK - Its no surprise that the waterfront properties top the list. The difference between the highest and lowest pockets is a huge $3,429,000!

On Thursday evening we held our annual awards for Queensland. I was very happy to come away with a Silver award!🥈Thanks to my amazing admin assistant who took this picture and sent it to me while enjoying the evening on my couch at home.
Our business took out multiple awards and congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 to all of my colleagues across sales and property management that were recognised.
