Just so you know that we do upgrades all the year round. To painting (those little darlings leaving their footprints on the walls), renewing outside solar lights, changing sheets and towels when they become discoloured, blinds that get broken and just recently a family that cracked my outside beer glass fridge and said not a thing to me till I found it!!!. It cost a lot more than the bond I kept. You have to consider the item broken and then freight to Coral Bay and then someone to install that item. Costs, costs, costs....
We are constantly repairing or fixing things that tenants well just take for granted. And I am not the only homeowner that feels like this... Visitors well are disrespectful of our homes and what we try to provide. Read about the region with field mice, snakes and the weather because look where your doorstep IS... in bushland where all these things and other wildlife exist. Kangaroos, bungarra's, porcupines, ta ta lizards and various deadly poisonous snakes. Get yourself educated and don't be naive about coming here. Ask questions and especially ask for help if you think things aren't quite right. We can put many measures in place to assist in your holiday.
I only put the rent up if people abuse the house. So please, I am happy you chose us. We provide a lot more than others houses and I try hard to keep costs down so its affordable for families to have an amazing stay.
