It’s been a journey, but we made it! 🥹

While managing bookings for our own holiday home over the past few years, we have also enjoyed helping family and friends to find, set up and manage their own holiday properties.

This sparked an idea that has now become a reality.

Introducing Holiday Lette Property Management. Existing only to manage short term rentals, our bespoke service offers an attention to detail not seen through traditional real estate agencies, and for a smaller fee.

We cover all aspects of a management for clients including guest booking and communication, cleaning and restocking, listing setup and more.

Between the beautiful beaches, stunning sand dunes, amazing coastal walks and range of aquatic activities on offer, our slice of paradise was always destined to take out the top spot 🏆🥇

No matter what you pick on the menu, you’re guaranteed to be in for a treat. Highchairs and colouring books make it a top pick for families.

📍41 Donald St, Nelson Bay

Attached to the beautiful store, it’s the perfect spot for brekkie and a browse.

📍5A Lighthouse Rd, Nelson Bay

You’ll need your car for this one, but with sweeping views of the bay it’s totally worth it. Enjoy a scone with jam & cream and keep your eyes peeled for whales!
