Janey Sanderson, Abode Real Estate I love selling real estate. I have lived and worked in and around Subiaco for many years - and have sold some houses 3 or 4 times over!

I also love dogs and volunteer at the Shenton Park Dogs' Refuge and donate part of every sales commission to them. Real estate runs hot in my veins, but my deep empathy for people and the desire to do them right is always top of mind for me. What’s also really important is working at a business where these values reign supreme and I have found that at Abode Real Estate. Another big driver for me is the satisfaction that my hard work and commitment pays off with great results for my clients! I have 30 years of experience in the real estate world, mainly in and around Subiaco. This has been long enough to have sold some houses three or four times over! I have also lived in the suburb for most of my life, and so the community is really important. I’m also potty about dogs and my new pooch Ella, a 10 year old dingo/kelpie plays a big part in my life. I volunteer at the new Salvos cafe in Subi, as well as the Shenton Park Dogs’ Refuge Home. I am an ongoing supporter and fundraiser of the Dogs Home – in fact part of every sales commission is donated to them. I am great at connecting to people at all sorts of levels, and am always up to celebrate something!🍾
