Having worked locally in Real Estate for 13 years and living on the island for over 30 years has given Kristien the natural understanding of the market and familiarity with the local community. Kristien’s involvement in local sports and community events makes him a prominent figure among locals. Kristien’s success led him his new role as Principal of Ray White Phillip Island asking his lovely wife to join him. Kristien and Leah very quickly realised the need for a Property Management Department which was established in February 2009. In addition to her Principal role, Leah's former position as Business Development Officer led her to establish a small team of Property Managers to assist her in managing our fast growing Permanent Rental Portfolio. Outgrowing our first and second premises, Ray White Phillip Island moved to a new prominent Main Street location located at 41 Thompson Avenue, Cowes in March 2022.
