🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨THE BLOCK COMES TO PHILLIP ISLAND! The Block producers have purchased 2.5 acres in Cowes, Victoria for the 2024 season for $9.58mil. Phillip Island is located in South Gippsland, 2hrs away from the Melbourne CBD. The land at 113-119 Justice Road is currently a resort - with the surrounding infrastructure expected to be demolished to make way for the 5 Block houses! This comes after The Block abandoned a site in Daylesford after public planning issues. Who’s excited for The Block’s 20th season?
