Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect for new clients through networking, marketing, referrals, and lead generation platforms.
• Conduct property listing presentations and market analyses to determine competitive pricing.
• Guide clients through every step of the buying, selling, or leasing process with professionalism and care.
• Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and related documents.
• Maintain an active database of leads and clients through CRM systems.
• Stay up to date with current market trends, property values, and community developments.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in sales meetings and professional development sessions.
Requirements:
• Valid real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to meet clients as needed.
