As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful ex*****on of construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the project, managing timelines, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with project specifications, budgetary constraints, and safety regulations. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders will be essential in this role.

Qualifications and Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

We are looking for Project coordinator/estimator to work with us at our Craigieburn office on various domestic and commercial building projects.

Responsibilities and duties are as follows but not limited to:
1) Develop model for project cost estimation.
2) Carry out the activities for pre-construction stage
3) Monitoring the progress and timeline for construction projects
4) Validate the purchase orders and quotes for each projects
5) Pre booking for material and trades
6) Administration and general duties
