7 auctions. 7 sold. What a weekend for our Craigieburn team!

Saturday started strong at 9 Thirlestane Place, Craigieburn with the hammer coming down at $556,000. From there, the results kept rolling in — 10 Falmouth Court secured $784,000, followed by 4 Second Avenue with competitive bidding to $657,000.

The pace didn’t slow, with 28 Exmouth Road selling for $705,000 and 11 Ingrams Way in Mickleham achieving $748,500. To finish off Saturday, 11A Bowes Place, Craigieburn sold for $600,000.

And today, we kept the momentum going at 13 Mountleigh Circuit, Craigieburn — selling for $706,500 after 5 bidders competed for the keys.

An incredible weekend of results, happy vendors, and excited buyers across Craigieburn and Mickleham.
