So Hayley had to pay Karen out as she took us to court for supposed underpayment yet she got paid 8 hours per day instead of 7.5 so got $45 extra per week. She also received tax free a car allowance and phone allowance of $110 per week! They didnt take that into consideration! So moral of the story TRUST NO ONE she was always more than happy with this arrangement until she got fired for not doing the job to our standard. She was late everyday plus had time off for personal stuff like Kym having heart issues, and Hayley stupidly paid her! She then went on to lose our son Casey his apprenticeship thru SAPN as her brother Paul Malin works at Eliz depot. Have affidavits of her saying she could lose him his job thru her brother. Now Casey will be suing Karen & Paul as she maliciously shared his private medical information, which is information she obtained whilst Casey and herself were employed by our Company. How malicious and pathetic for a grown woman to be so petty against an 18 year old! Casey 3rd year electrician and doing brilliantly now! So she thought she would destroy him yet she didnt. She knocked him down but he got up and is doing well. She was always so jealous of our super talented kids. She even bagged her own hubby to Hayley saying he did nothing. Yet her son Alex Griffiths does have a permanent shoulder injury and has been fired from Peter Kittle toyota. Then Hayley got him a job thru one of our Landlords and he fired him to, due to incompetence! Incompetence must run in that family! She may have got her pittence of money, yet we continue to excel! Jealousy is a curse. She better keep that money for Lawyers as Casey going after them both. Its principle to us. How petty. Hayley always said she was passive aggressive! Shes a petty nasty person. Hayleys only regret is not getting rid of her years ago as she had a cushy number and was never any good at the job. Made errors. Annoyed Landlords, so basically we paid her for nothing. Hayley kept her out of "loyalty" as.she knew she needed her income for horses and Kym made her pay into the house account! We now work from home. Rent our building to Bunyip, sitting pretty whilst she is still pathetic and desperate. Karma is going to be so sweet! Ive written this as they are stalking this page. So Karen u know u were looked after. U horrible vindictive peron! U already had to pay Hayleys legal for your pathetic attempt at court. Well now Casey will be coming for u both! You breached his privacy with information u only obtained because u worked for our Company! No words for how vile you are. Casey is doing better than u will ever do at 21! And your kids.... well thats a joke... how embarrassing!

So Karen Griffiths and Paul Malin being sued for what they Did to Casey. Karen has now served Hayley from the work tribunal claiming all sorts of ridiculous claims! Does she forget Hayley keeps everything, so her vindictive lies will not pay off. Hayley looked after this woman in so many ways and she said "I'm not vicious" which she clearly is. So she has no money. Not set up, she also tried to get Hayley on a restraining order and failed, now 3 years after the fact trying to go for more crap. Just trying to extort money because they have none. So now Hayley launched Lawyers to sue them for the breach of Casey's privacy. They have in Affidavits admitted they breached. Not real smart!!!!!

This is so true! The amount of lies, rumours and gossip that goes around about us is astounding. People who believe it are fools. Never believe petty people. Go straight to the source as I don't sugar coat anything! Say that about a few PEOPLE. NO one has respect and loyalty anymore. But KARMA always prevails in the end. Believe their sh #$ and then u end up eating it!

Wow. What a huge job. Myself and David have been busting our backs getting Chelsea Marley-Duncan s house ready. As many of u know she is a Paramedic in Rocky Qld. She built this executive investment property which is now tenanted. We finished today so the tenants came and got keys and lease commences on Friday. She flys in Sunday night so she will go and meet her tenants and see the finished product. Been busy but all worth it. Things we do for our KIDDIES! Time for us to retire I think LOL

Wow. I wonder why I'm even in this business? Do the job better than everyone and Landlords leave because they get sucked in by lower fees, and or promises that they never forfill. They dont know till it goes PEAR SHAPED!, THATS when it matters! My best Landlords are the ones who come from other Agents. 3 in the last week. As they realise how good we actually are! Think I need to stop being so loyal to my clients and start being a liar who promises and doesn't deliver, like all these incompetent budget Agents! Humans really do make me sick!

Well been busy times. Moved out of office. Hayley booked us a Europe Trip in November. Going to Bali when back from there to celebrate Casey's 21st. We need this with everything we have had to endure for the past year. Karen Griffiths and her brother Paul Malin caused our son so much stress and yet she now via Affidavits states she is under duress. She had called her brother to confirm his employment and then Paul Malin also advised Karen when SAPN sacked him??? Funny that! No mention of private FB post Briannah provided to her uncle. Funny that. Now she feels she is suffering duress and wants to live her life in peace??? Did she not think about that before her and her brother maliciously damaged our son! The irony of it. The distress those two caused our family and now their feelings are hurt? Paul in Affidavits states it was a passing comment. Yet not what is on the SAPN court transcripts? Such a breach. Then says she is wrongfully accused. Our lawyer has served both Karen Griffiths and Paul Malin, however they are ignoring the lawyers? When you do what u have done there is always going to be consequences. Then Kym Griffiths her husband tries to say hello to me at the last hearing. What a joke, now trying to get our lawyer of the case. Hope she has plenty $$ for lawyers? She is going to need it. It's called free speech and when you speak truth and facts nothing you can do about it. Then claims our kids were friends with their kids. Our kids tolerated them. We're not friends. Never associated to them at all. Only did at events? Such a joke. And as Casey's Father and Karen is an x disgruntled employee I can say what I like!

So we have been out of the office building since 1st May. The Bunyip newspaper rented our building. Working from home is just fantastic. It is actually so much more productive. All our clients know and have my direct mobile and can access us via the app. Nearly EOFY. I cannot believe how fast the years are going. If u want an Agent that works for you and your biggest asset then we are the Agent that goes above and beyond.
