UPDATE - Phoenix At Alarah Park Construction 😍

It doesn't look like much now, but very soon Phoenix residents will be able to utilize the gorgeous Village Park and Reserve, located centrally within the Phoenix Estate!

Construction on Phoenix's main park is anticipated to commence in Q2 2021 and is expected to be complete by the end of 2021.

The park will include a basketball court, fitness exercise equipment, play equipment and much more!

- Stage 4C land titles now issued, construction of town homes to commence in Q4 2020

- Stage 3 concrete works progressing, practical completion forecast for early November 2020

- Hall Road & Hayton Park Boulevard intersection progressing, concrete footpaths and base course asphalt to commence in the next fortnight. Completion forecast for early December 2020

- Water way concrete works progressing, landscape works forecast to commence in Q1 2021
