Your rental property must be well ventilated in all rooms, including the bathroom, shower, toilet and laundry. The property must also be structurally sound and weatherproof 🌧️☀️

Mould or damp caused by, or related to, the building structure is also not allowed under the minimum standards.

Anything that doesn’t meet the minimum standards is also an urgent repair which your rental provider must fix immediately.
