A great little video explaining the benefts of enagaging a buyers agent. We are always thought as an ädded cost" to the transaction, were in reality we are än investment" buying better, quicker and without the stress and getting the assest selection right in the first place.

OASIS – A ONE-STOP SHOP!

We employed the services of Oasis Property to help us in our search for an investment unit. They came very highly recommended to us from a couple of very well respected sources. We made contact with Paul Wilcox and Andy Capron and they immediately became our primary points of contact. You don’t get pushed from pillar to post within the organisation. You develop a close working relationship with your person throughout the process. Andy and Paul quickly assessed our needs, answered every question we had, and got to work finding us a property that suited our investment strategy, in an area we weren’t familiar with. They rejected some properties and gave us solid reasons why we should avoid them. Then, focussed in on the property of our choice from the range of recommended potential properties and secured a deal well below market expectations for us.

It doesn’t end there. They took care of every aspect of the purchase process. From assisting with finance through to inspections, conveyancing and even ongoing rental property management. To be honest, we forget keep up with the process and received a surprise phone call from the solicitor and bank to say the property had settled and the new tenants were moving in the following day. The process is that smooth!

I would highly recommend Paul Wilcox and Andy Capron to anyone seeking the services of a buyers agent. I have already passed on potential clients to them. In fact, I don’t think I will ever purchase again without them.
