I started working in residential sales in the Caringbah area in 1996 (which is probably giving away how old I am) but the benefit of working in the one area for such a long period of time is that you

get to build long standing relationships with clients, some of whom I would now call friends. I still wake up as enthusiastic to go to work as I did back then and every sale still brings me as much joy as my first one did, when I get to see the emotion on the faces of my vendors and the lucky purchasers who will be making that property their new home. With 28 bids fired throughout the auction, competition was fierce from the opening bid right through to the final hammer.

5 registered bidders, including 3 from outside the Shire, showed just how far buyers are looking to secure the right property. The successful buyers had been searching for quite some time before finally finding the one for their young family.

A special sale for Judy and her family, with a long-standing connection to Team Cole after Murray originally helped Judy’s mum purchase the home years ago. Full circle moments like this is what makes what I do so rewarding.
