MAY RESULTS

The strong momentum across our Property Management division continued in May, driven by consistent enquiry, quality tenants and a team executing at scale.

The month yielded 118 properties leased and 68 new landlords onboarded, supported by 2,936 tenant enquiries and 1,678 inspections. With 686 rental open homes hosted and 561 applications received, the depth of market demand remains clear.

These figures cap off an exceptional season, bringing our overall Autumn 2026 results to a total of 334 properties leased, 175 new landlords onboarded, and 9,239 tenant enquiries handled.

April delivered another strong month across Property Management, driven by consistent enquiry, quality tenants and a team executing at scale.

111 properties leased and 47 new landlords onboarded, supported by over 3,200 tenant enquiries and more than 1,400 inspections. With 531 open homes and 601 applications received, the depth of demand remains clear.

QUARTER 1 2026 RESULTS | PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

A strong start to the year across our Property Management division, with sustained activity, consistent enquiry and continued growth in new managements.

March alone delivered 3,066 tenant enquiries, 1,209 inspections and 60 new landlords onboarded, highlighting continued demand and leasing momentum across the network.

Across the quarter, this performance scales further with more than 13,000 enquiries, over 5,000 inspections and 149 new landlords onboarded, reinforcing the depth of activity across our portfolio.

A consistent, disciplined approach continues to drive results as we move further into 2026.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RESULTS | February 2026

February delivered a powerful start to the year for our Property Management team, with exceptional leasing momentum and strong engagement across every touchpoint.

Our team successfully leased 140 properties, welcomed 48 new landlords, and managed 4,428 rental enquiries across the Highland network.

With 1,627 tenant inspections, 418 rental open homes and 826 applications, competition remained strong for well-presented homes, a clear reflection of continued tenant demand and confidence in the current market.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RESULTS | November 2025

November delivered another exceptional month for our Property Management team, with strong demand and consistent activity across every part of the leasing process.
Our team successfully leased 117 properties, welcomed 62 new landlords, and managed 3,691 rental enquiries across the Highland network.

With 1,549 tenant inspections, 577 rental open homes and 768 applications, competition remained strong for well-presented homes, reflecting the continued appetite for quality rentals in the current market.

As we move into one of the most active periods of the year, Highland remains fully open and operational throughout December and January. Backed by strong network-wide momentum and an expanding pipeline across every division, we are closing out 2025 with confidence and continuing to support our clients with seamless, results-driven service.
