Winter delivered a strong season across our Property Management division, underpinned by sustained tenant demand, consistent leasing activity and continued growth across the Highland network.

Winter highlights:
- 411 properties leased
- 156 new landlords welcomed
- 8,542 tenant enquiries
- 4,568 property inspections
- 2,377 rental open homes conducted
- 1,683 rental applications received

With more than 5,000 properties under management and a vacancy rate below 2%, these results reflect the strength of both our portfolio and the demand we continue to see across our markets.

August closed out the season strongly, with 147 properties leased, 47 new landlords welcomed and 1,760 tenants inspecting.

As we move into spring, our teams remain focused on delivering strong outcomes for landlords and tenants across the Highland network.

July delivered another strong month across Property Management, driven by consistent enquiry, quality tenants and a team executing at scale.

138 properties leased and 53 new landlords onboarded, supported by 2,919 tenant enquiries and 1,574 inspections.

To mark the occasion, our Property Management, Operations and Marketing divisions came together at Pippis Cronulla to recognise another strong year and celebrate the people who make it possible.

FY25/26 RESULTS | PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

A strong financial year across our Property Management division, with sustained leasing activity, consistent tenant enquiry and continued growth in new managements.

Across FY25/26, Highland Property Management leased 1,441 properties, onboarded 643 new landlords and received more than 36,000 tenant enquiries, reflecting continued demand and momentum across the network.

June delivered a strong finish to the year, with 125 properties leased, 57 new landlords onboarded, 2,641 tenant enquiries and 688 rental open homes conducted.

With 5,000 properties currently under management, these results reinforce the scale, strength and consistency of our Property Management team.

MAY RESULTS

The strong momentum across our Property Management division continued in May, driven by consistent enquiry, quality tenants and a team executing at scale.

The month yielded 118 properties leased and 68 new landlords onboarded, supported by 2,936 tenant enquiries and 1,678 inspections. With 686 rental open homes hosted and 561 applications received, the depth of market demand remains clear.

These figures cap off an exceptional season, bringing our overall Autumn 2026 results to a total of 334 properties leased, 175 new landlords onboarded, and 9,239 tenant enquiries handled.

111 properties leased and 47 new landlords onboarded, supported by over 3,200 tenant enquiries and more than 1,400 inspections. With 531 open homes and 601 applications received, the depth of demand remains clear.

QUARTER 1 2026 RESULTS | PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

A strong start to the year across our Property Management division, with sustained activity, consistent enquiry and continued growth in new managements.

March alone delivered 3,066 tenant enquiries, 1,209 inspections and 60 new landlords onboarded, highlighting continued demand and leasing momentum across the network.

Across the quarter, this performance scales further with more than 13,000 enquiries, over 5,000 inspections and 149 new landlords onboarded, reinforcing the depth of activity across our portfolio.

A consistent, disciplined approach continues to drive results as we move further into 2026.
