Gibson Partners is seeking an experienced Commercial & Industrial Property Manager to join our established team in Cronulla.
This is a diverse, hands-on position combining commercial and industrial property management with an active involvement in property sales.
We're looking for a confident and motivated property professional who can manage a portfolio, build lasting client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of our commercial and industrial division.

The Role
Working across commercial and industrial property management and sales, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers and investors.
• Overseeing lease administration, renewals, rent reviews and negotiations.
• Coordinating property inspections, maintenance, repairs and compliance requirements.
• Managing rental arrears, outgoings and property-related reporting.
• Handling commercial and industrial sales enquiries, inspections and negotiations.
• Assisting with sales campaigns and overseeing transactions through to completion.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with prospective clients.
• Contributing to the continued growth of Gibson Partners' commercial and industrial division.
