All the VJ panelling is up, we have put plaster up in the cinema, bedroom and entrance only laundry and rumpus room to do then it's filling all the gaps, the house movers made a big mistake a steel post was put 50mm out which has caused this little step in the wall being a structural post and it being concreted 6ft into the ground it can't be moved, so I'm a bit annoyed with that.

Our home is now up to lock up stage, finished painting downstairs. Buying a Wagner spayer was money well spent, took 9 hours over 3 days for 2 undercoat and 2 top colour coats. $900 worth of paint so including the spray kit a total of $1400. That's lots cheaper than getting a painter plus the satisfaction of doing it. Job well done.

Our house is now up to lock up stage, finished painting downstairs. Buying a Wagner spayer was money well spent, took 9 hours over 3 days for 2 undercoat and 2 top colour coats. $900 worth of paint so include the spray kit a total $1400 lots cheaper than getting a painter plus the satisfaction of doing it ourselves.

We've started again on the work at Stumars. We've been busy on a cruise in the South Pacific and being knocked about by a flu. We've planted 38 Lillipilli's along the front fence. We're hoping they'll grow into a hedge that will give privacy from the street side. It was work made easier with a mini-auger that goes on a drill to dig the holes. . 🥰
