One of the best decisions I ever made in business and in life was investing in building a strong mind. Your body will take you wherever your mind tells you.

You need to be resilient in business and in life. The parallels between business and sport are uncanny. There are levels to everything. Enjoy the process of going through the different levels. There’s always a higher mountain.

Goals will change with your capacity. Don’t be scared to bite off more than you can chew. Just start chewing; eventually, you’ll get there.

Get to the point.
