CMS Surveyors We are a multi-disciplinary surveying practice with offices in Sydney and Cootamundra, NSW

From an original staff of 7 in 2001, including our current directors, the Company now employs 64 dedicated and experienced staff. The incorporation of AC Gilbert and Co in 2006, MBS Green & Associates in 2008 and Pengelly & Gray in 2011 added additional expertise and knowledge to the company. This amalgamation of skill, experience and disciplines has enabled CMS Surveyors to develop into a progres

sive survey company covering both cadastral (land) surveying and engineering (construction) surveying. CMS Surveyors has the capacity to provide survey teams immediately as required by our clients throughout NSW. We are able to supply and service we are able to place 27 field teams at any one time and thus, we can resource the most demanding of projects to suit the client's requirements and project time frames. Additionally, we have an experienced support team of 5 draftspersons and 5 administration staff. This diversity allows CMS Surveyors to undertake projects ranging from residential surveys to multi-million dollar commercial developments. CMS Surveyors is committed to providing our clients with professional, reliable and quality service. Our Certified Quality Management System (IMS PAS99:2012) is testament to this.

We’re incredibly proud to share that CMS Surveyors has been named Professional Organisation of the Year (Large) at the inaugural National EISSI Awards.

After winning the NSW award in November, we were honoured to represent our state on the national stage alongside the best surveying organisations from across Australia.

To come away with the national title is something really special.

This award recognises excellence across our profession - from technical delivery and innovation through to leadership, culture and contribution to the industry.

For us, it reflects what matters most: the way our team shows up for our clients and for each other, every day.

From complex infrastructure projects like Western Sydney Airport to everyday residential jobs, we’re proud to bring the same care, precision and commitment to every project.

What does it take to deliver surveying services on one of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects?

At the recent ISNSW Annual Conference, we had the opportunity to share our experience working on the EISSI Award winning Western Sydney Airport project.

Brendan King, Senior Surveyor on the project, spoke about the challenges and triumphs of managing long-term surveying works on a project of this scale. His presentation explored how our team brought together cadastral, spatial and engineering surveying to deliver accurate outcomes and support our client, Multiplex.

It was a great opportunity to reflect on the collaboration, technical expertise and persistence required to deliver complex infrastructure. Thanks for having us ISNSW!

Another fabulous year of being part of the Lifeline Surf Classic for ! No trophies for us this year but we're proud to have raised over $5000 towards this most important cause. Infrastructure and Construction for our work on the Western Sydney Airport Project, and
