Please if you are following my business journey, share our family business 👩💼 whom I am the Director. I’ve been in Real Estate 🏡 for 21 years I started at 17 yrs old which now I’ve given my age away…. I work beside my Mum Vicki Waller Sparks and my Husband is coming on board soon Fionn Lindsay- Field. We are building this business it is local to the Riverina NSW Australia. I’m a Sales person in Real Estate however I studied Interior Design and that is my passion to uplift a space and environment a property and make it a home 🏡.
My Mum is a school 🏫 teacher and my husband is a Farmer 🧑🌾 and “the best Woolclasser in Australia 🐑 🐑 “. We have a son 👦 and I have worked in Inner city Melbourne, the Eastern Belt with Jellis Craig, I started with my Mum at 17. I seemed a job with Phillip Webb outer Eastern Melbourne. I have also worked with Harcourts. I have seen the best of the best but I didn’t think it was genuine enough for me to be honest..
I’m a Christian, I’m not a Bible basher. I’m modern, I’m youngish, I’m female and a Tom boy I’ve asked every buyer and Vendor what inspired you to buy this property? This one ☝️? I learned and keep learning but I have sound advice I’ve been in the game longer than most agents, you might just look at their age and assume how long they have put the time and effort in? I have loved it at stayed committed for 21 years not because I like to make money 💵. Because I worked soo hard for the Vendor and they know it I’ve got Video testimonials in my 20’s from my Vendors!! Kate says what she does! She gave us great advice? She worked tirelessly and she is the best negotiator/closer you can find. “I love 🥰 that feeling of making someone’s dreams come true but is the Vendor I’m working for not the buyer. The property makes the buyers dreams 💭 🌈 come true not me, I step in later when they want to sell again I just make the transaction as hassle free as possible for the buyers”. Don’t get me wrong it’s a buzz when everyone is happy 😃 but I think agents lose sight of who they are really working for? It might of even happened to you. Yes the feeling for the buyer is lovely and perhaps they have little children find their bedrooms for the 1st time…. But the Vendor will remember me forever… because there next journey financially is up to me to enhance to assist with my gift, my value, my seasoned experience.
It’s hard being a Sales person as woman sometimes…. But I cracked it in Melbourne and I come from the High Country, Bright so I can give it a crack here, show them a thing or two… My Home Town Bright ⛰️ 🏔️ is my love, but Deni is my truest calling because I think I have a well Spark for this flat country too!! That served my Husband’s family in Deniliquin well for 106 years and I hope will continue to enrich my life like has been for the past 14 years. You see it’s the people that really make a place the environment and the people! I want both parts of the these county towns to be my village and I want to always be there’s…..
