The team at City Residential are pleased to announce and welcome our newest team member Sharni Markovski.

As we have been growing our business and going through many changes in the industry with new reforms recently being implemented and with all the changes that came with Covid, we recognised the need to have an experienced Department Manager for our property management department, after many months of searching for the right team member we are pleased to welcome Sharni Markovski to our team!

Sharni joined us at the end of May and has been implementing many new initiatives, including overseeing that we are compliant with many of the new reforms that have come in as well as rolling out new software.

Sharni brings an experienced yet innovative approach to our department, highly organised, self-motivated and a genuine team player. Her role will be to oversee the property management department and assist the property managers and team to ensure we are efficient, diligent, and that customer service remains our highest priority. Clients will appreciate her friendly, caring and genuine approach as well as her ability to tackle the day-to-day challenges of property management with ease. Sharni will also be managing a small portfolio.

With a wealth of experience and over 14 years of experience as a property manager and team leader, Sharni is very knowledgeable and up to date on all legislation changes and all aspects of property management.
Sharni’s passion for the real estate industry shines through and outside of work Sharni loves spending quality time with her family.
