Access to Mulberry Lane is via Redhead Street. Turn left or right into Paddington Street. At the top of Paddington Street to right into Kokuso Place and you will see our Mulberry Lane signs.

So glad to have our ride on mower fixed:) Our brand new mower broke down two weeks ago and thanks to lots of rain and then sunshine, you could literally see the grass growing every day.

Oh not a good start for the week. Somehow this resident accidently pressed close as they were exiting the garage and damaged the door. Luckily we have a great relationship with the developer and suppliers and we were able to secure the townhouse the very same day and arrange for a replacement garage door at commercial rates.

Hi all just to let you know we have noted some birds nesting and building mud nests under the townhouse eaves. We called in a pest specialist who has informed us that species appear to be that of the Welcome Swallow which are protected species of bird in Australia and their nests cannot be removed from a property until after nesting season. Our pest specialist is seeking further guidance on when he can return to remove the nests.
