Wildflower Pallara is nearing completion, with onsite works advancing rapidly as we approach the final stages of development. We’re finalising the retaining works and spreading topsoil on the new homesites. We’ve now completed all the road line markings and installed the estate street signs, the footpaths have been laid, and the lawn has been seeded.

We’ve also lodged the plans with Brisbane City Council, bringing us a step closer to registration which is just around the corner. It’s exciting to watch our new community taking shape!

Wildflower Pallara is starting to take shape!

Thanks to the hard work of our committed team, construction works onsite at Wildflower are progressing at a swift rate. Earthworks continue with the lots being levelled, sewer works are nearing completion, and the fencing and retaining works are advancing well. We have cut the road box, installed all of the estate kerbing and laid the road asphalt.

We’re really starting to see the formation of this exciting new neighbourhood.
