Thinking about purchasing land, but not sure where to start? Here are some of the most common questions we receive at Beckly Rise.

How much deposit do I need to secure land?
We generally require a $10,000 deposit upon contract signing and a 60-day settlement from the day of sale. Our sales team can discuss your individual circumstances and guide you through the purchasing process.

What does "titled land" mean?
Titled land means the land is registered and ready to settle, allowing you to move forward with your building plans sooner.

Can I choose my own builder?
Yes! At Beckly Rise, you are free to choose the builder that best suits your needs, budget, and preferred home design.

How long do I have to build?
You have 18 months from settlement to commence construction and a further 18 months to complete your home.

Can I buy land now and build later?
Yes. Many purchasers secure their land first and then take time to finalise their home design, builder selection, and finances before commencing construction within the required timeframe.

Am I eligible for the First Home Owner Grant?
Eligibility depends on your individual circumstances. We recommend speaking with your lender, broker, or financial advisor to determine what grants and incentives may be available to you.
