Our knowledge of the local area of Drouin, Warragul & surrounds is second to none. Our boutique office is made up of a total of three staff all of whom are fully licensed real estate

agents. Our principal licensee is Christine Williamson who’s been in the industry for close to 40 years with a background in accounting as well as farming and specialising in the rental department handling all forms of property management. Terry Williamson is our longest running agent with over 40 years experience in selling, developing, farming and leasing real estate throughout the Drouin and surrounding area. Terry is a very knowledgeable person of the local area and all facets of development from planning, right through to building and selling. With a background in farming, building, all types of development, sales and a keen interest in politics Terry’s specialty is property development and sales. Tom Williamson has been working in real estate for over 10 years and is our most recent fully licensed estate agent. While Toms experiences have mainly been in residential sales and property management he is starting to expand into property development and lifestyle & rural sales. He has also taken some great networking opportunities in attending overseas real estate seminars on two occasions (Spain & Hawaii) and has acquainted himself with some well established metropolitan real estate agents in Melbourne. Tom also comes from a farming background as well as having much experience in both print & digital marketing. With our office located in the heart of Drouin’s CBD, our wealth of experience in the industry, our mix of youth and knowledge with the old-fashioned service of a family ran business you can be sure to rely on us to help you through your real estate interests. Our real estate agency is the longest running business in Drouin, being established in 1933 first trading under V.F Williamson & Sons and later under our current name. During this time we have ventured out into both dairy & beef farming operations and are still in operation today. Being a family ran business we now have our fourth generation ready to take over the reins.
