This is not a standard administration or “just a PA” role. You will work directly with an experienced Director and be actively involved in property campaigns, client relationships, database growth, buyer management, prospecting and the day-to-day work that creates a successful real estate career.
You may currently be working in sales support, as a PA or EA, in sales administration, property management, buyer management, business development or residential sales.
What matters most is that you understand the industry, take pride in doing things properly, are commercially minded and are ready for a bigger seat at the table.
