Spectacular Dunbogan! 🙌

A must visit! Diamond Head is one of the most popular places to stay in Crowdy Bay National Park. With its excellent camping and picnic facilities, the beach side campground includes gas barbecues, picnic shelters and outdoor showers right next to the beach, campsites for motorhomes, caravans, camper vans, camper trailers and tents.
Once you’ve ogled the ocean and the blackened pillars of Split Rock from the beach, there is lots more to explore. Take your choice from having a surf or swim, several hiking tracks, including the 4.8km Diamond Head loop walk via Indian Head with its panoramic views of coast, mountains and forest, or the shorter Mermaid Lookout track. And don't forget to pick up your wildflowers identification brochure, bird and fauna lists from the onsite office before you head out. 📸 Thankyou for this amazing photo!

The Beach to Beach path is coming on nicely. One day soon you can ride your bike from Pilot Beach, Dunbogan to North Haven beach on the shared pathway. Great addition to the area.

April is an amazing time of year on the Mid-North Coast. The water is at its warmest. The weather is just that little bit milder but still beautiful. The fish are still biting. And the laid back feeling is even more laid back than in Summer. Simply - it is a great time to visit!!!

We have vacancies late March into April including the Easter holiday (the start of the school holidays). What better way to relax as a family than to come to the Camden Haven and enjoy all that is on offer.

Caught up with an old friend at Bonny Hills Garden Cafe. Again, great food, decent coffee and set it a pretty tranquil location. There's a few things for the little kids to amuse themselves with and who knows, you might find that elusive water feature or plant in the garden centre on the way out.

We're always on the lookout for good coffee, good food and a pleasant view. At The Other Side Art Cafe we have found all three. And the bonus with this place is that it doubles as an art gallery. Sitting by the Ghinni Ghinni Ck we enjoyed a lovely lunch under the trees. We shared the space with some pretty cool water dragons and when you stopped for a while and had a good look around, strange things appeared in the trees. Just an easy 30 minute drive from The Colmer House - Dunbogan.

The Camden Haven - the place no-one wants you to know about - is a jewel on the Mid-North Coast of NSW. For that relaxing recharging kind of holiday there is no place better. Check these guys catching some good waves after the southerly at North Haven. When things turn northerly you'll find them at the South Beach. There's a beach for all conditions.

We never grow tired of the amazing view and great coffee at the Dunbogan Boatshed and Marina. Sit back and enjoy the view with a coffee and ice cream or watch the kids feed hundreds of eager fish. The covered tinnies and the BBQ Boat allow for a great day on the beautiful Camden Haven River or alternatively you can hire a paddle board or kayak to go searching for the many dolphins who call this river home.
