Australia's property market has slowed, but Perth is continuing to hold its ground. 📊

As reported by Cotality;
July saw home values decline across most of the country, with Sydney (-1.4%) and Melbourne (-1.2%) leading the way. Perth, however, remained in positive territory with a modest +0.1% increase.
