Rather than a specific allocated role we are looking for someone who can work well in our team environment and show initiative in assisting us to manage our client’s requirements in a professional but friendly manner.

The role will be varied and involve Reception duties and general office administration conducting a variety of administrative tasks including opening and closing matter files, document management, typing and editing documents, scanning, filing/e-filing, data entry, billing and accounts support, archiving, errand running, calendar management, overseeing office presentation and supplies and other similar tasks.

Previous experience in an office environment not essential but considered desirable.
