Two for the price of one 🤝
Same age, similar personalities, a shared obsession with property and probably far too many phone calls to each other every day 😂
But in all seriousness, what makes our partnership work is pretty simple. We’re on the same wavelength. We share the same values, ambitions and genuine care for the people we work with. We’re also not afraid to challenge each other, question decisions and hold one another accountable. Some of our most important work happens in conversations our clients never hear.
We know our strengths, too. Francesco’s focus is largely on vendor relationships, strategy and negotiation, while Natalie has an incredible ability to connect with buyers, build relationships and keep everything moving. Combined with our knowledge and relationships across the Hills and Hawkesbury, it’s a partnership that works incredibly well 🌳 together
And when you work with us, you genuinely get both of us. From the initial appraisal to photoshoots, marketing, buyer feedback and negotiations, we’re both involved and across the details. No disconnected communication or chasing information through five different people. Just two people who talk constantly and genuinely care about getting things right.
We also really love what we do. The homes, the people, the negotiations, even spending a ridiculous amount of time deciding which property photo should go first. But nothing beats helping good people achieve a great outcome, whether they’re buying or selling. That’s the stuff we still talk about long after the working day is over ✨
