Exciting news for Eagle Point! 🏡

Construction has officially begun on Lincoln Lifestyle Eagle Point, marking the start of a brand-new over-50s lifestyle community overlooking beautiful King Lake.

We were proud to celebrate the sod turn with East Gippsland Shire Council Mayor Jodie Ashworth, marking an exciting milestone as this vibrant neighbourhood begins to take shape.

When complete, the masterplanned community will feature 203 new homes and resort-style amenities, creating a welcoming place for residents to connect, relax and live life well.

We look forward to sharing more updates as the community comes to life, with the first residents expected to arrive in early 2027.
