Over the years I’ve seen a huge number of posts online from buyers and sellers who felt confused, pressured, misled, or simply unsure about their rights during a property transaction.
A lot of people don’t realise how important documents like the Form 6 appointment actually are, what their obligations may be, what questions they should ask, or where they may potentially be exposed to risk.
Because of that, I’ve put together a detailed investigative guide covering Queensland real estate laws, Form 6 appointments, pricing, underquoting, bait advertising, marketing costs, multiple offers, disclosure obligations, commission issues, buyer protections and seller rights.
