May Update | LA VÙE

May has marked another significant step forward at LA VÙE, with the project continuing to progress strongly despite challenging weather conditions throughout the month.

A major milestone was achieved with the completion of the main roof, allowing works to advance across both the exterior and interior of the building. Within the penthouse residence, plastering has commenced, further revealing the scale of the home and its impressive ceiling heights of up to 3 metres. As the spaces take shape, the city outlook can now be experienced firsthand.

Internally, windows and external doors have been installed, enabling the next stages of construction to progress. European Ash timber flooring has begun throughout the residences, complementing the curved feature walls that define the architectural language of LA VÙE.

Attention is also turning to the finer details, with waterproofing and tiling underway, including the installation of feature Italian travertine within the wet areas. At ground level, works have commenced on the main entry sequence, helping shape the arrival experience for future residents.

April Update | LA VÙE
This month marks a major milestone at LA VÙE, the structure is now complete. The main roof is in place, with roof trusses installed and roof sheeting nearing completion, moving the project into its final structural phase and closer to lock-up. This transition allows internal works to accelerate across all residences.

One of the most notable changes this month is the commencement of the façade feature planter boxes across the building, a key architectural element of LA VÙE that softens the structure and integrates greenery into the design. At the penthouse level, external walls are now complete, with wall framing underway as this level continues to take shape.

Externally, the pool, BBQ, and outdoor kitchen areas have now been blocked out, clearly defining the scale and layout of these key lifestyle spaces.

Inside, progress continues across all residences. Residences Four and Five are now framed, with rough-in works complete and ready for wall linings. Residences Two and Three are prepared for the next stage, including skirtings, architraves, and doors. Residence One has progressed through fix-out, with skirtings and architraves complete and the first coat of sealer paint now applied.

Each stage brings LA VÙE closer to completion, with the vision continuing to take shape in detail and form.
