LA VÙE Update
The final stages of a project are often the least visible but they are some of the most important.
As LA VÙE nears completion, our focus has shifted from construction to refinement. Every residence is now undergoing detailed quality assurance inspections, where our team carefully reviews every finish, fixture, and material to ensure it meets the standard we set from the very beginning.
From the cabinetry and natural stone benchtops to the European ash timber flooring, paintwork, appliances, and architectural detailing, every element is assessed with care. It’s a thorough process that allows us to identify the smallest details, resolve them, and ensure each residence is ready to welcome its future owners.
It’s been incredibly rewarding to watch LA VÙE grow into part of the neighbourhood. Now, as we approach handover, our attention is on delivering homes that reflect the craftsmanship, quality, and considered design that have defined this project from day one.
The build may be nearing completion, but our commitment to quality continues right through to the final handover.
