The time required for a feature & level survey depends on the size and complexity of the site. A small residential backyard can be surveyed relatively quickly, while larger sites such as schools, commercial properties, or development sites will naturally take longer.

For a typical residential property, the field survey can take around 4 hours to complete. Once the site data has been collected, our team processes the information and prepares a plan, which typically takes an additional 2 hours depending on the level of detail captured.

As our Subdivisions Manager, what experience do you bring?

I’ve worked for All General Surveying for 18 years now. During that time, I have learnt all aspects of the business which has helped prepare me for the subdivisions manager role. I was actively involved in assisting our previous subdivisions managers and learnt a great deal from working along side them, as well as being guided by our 2 licensed surveyors-Richard and Peter. Aside from on-the-job experience, I have attended numerous short courses, planning seminars and regularly attend webinars. One thing I am very grateful for is having a great professional relationship with designers, town planners, engineers and other consultants which helps broaden my knowledge on aspects I wouldn’t normally be involved in.
